I've been using Dubsado for a while, can you provide recommendations?
Absolutely. I can help with brand new setups or with migrations from your existing setup. If you're already a pro and just find yourself overwhelmed by the thought of setting up your system in a way your brain works after leaving it alone for so long, I'll conduct an audit and we'll build your dream setup from there together.
What is the turn-around time like?
The biggest factor will be how quick you provide feedback as we're working together. Typically a brand new setup will take 2-4 weeks while a migration & audit will take us closer to 6-8 weeks.
What's your hourly rate if I just have a quick question?
My base rate is $100/hour, but almost everything is packaged — because hourly billing usually ends up being more expensive and more stressful for everyone. If you genuinely just need an hour of strategy, reach out and we'll figure out the best way to make that work.
What happens after our project wraps up?
Every project includes a proper offboarding that includes documentation, video walkthroughs, and a handoff call so you actually know how to use what we built. If you want ongoing support after that, Inner Circle retainers are a natural next step.
